๐ฏ Requirements
- Senior CS Manager/Director or equivalent experience
- Proven CS delivery: satisfaction, adoption, retention
- Ability to develop executive relationships and strategic account plans
- Experience with global enterprise clients across regions
- Drive continuous value of a SaaS product
- Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical mindset
- Experience with CRM like Salesforce or Gainsight
- Second language: French/Spanish/German a plus
