Customer Success Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead decision meetings as SME with the customer's team during healthcare implementations.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely completion with quality results.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives to maximize value.
• Configure and manage the solution to align with customer objectives identified during business delivery meetings.
• Provide launch and ongoing support to the customer's business team and Intradiem champions for adoption.
• Provide troubleshooting support to track initial adoption against customer-defined goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in PM, software implementation, or WFM.
• 3+ years in business consulting and process improvement.
• Experience interfacing with external customers, sales, consulting services and exec mgmt.
• Experience with SaaS software solutions.
• Excellent Change Management skills; ability to influence and persuade.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to consult remotely and onsite.
