  • Lead decision meetings as SME with the customer's team during healthcare implementations.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely completion with quality results.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives to maximize value.

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in PM, software implementation, or WFM.
  • 3+ years in business consulting and process improvement.
  • Experience interfacing with external customers, sales, consulting services and exec mgmt.
  • Experience with SaaS software solutions.
  • Excellent Change Management skills; ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; able to consult remotely and onsite.
