- Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely completion with quality results.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives to maximize value.
- Configure and manage the solution to align with customer objectives identified during business delivery meetings.
- Provide launch and ongoing support to the customer's business team and Intradiem champions for adoption.
- Provide troubleshooting support to track initial adoption against customer-defined goals and objectives.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in PM, software implementation, or WFM.
- 3+ years in business consulting and process improvement.
- Experience interfacing with external customers, sales, consulting services and exec mgmt.
- Experience with SaaS software solutions.
- Excellent Change Management skills; ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication; able to consult remotely and onsite.
