- Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community
π― Requirements
- Director/VP+ level customer success leader with 20+ years in tech or adjacent fields
- Experience coaching individuals; certification a plus but not required
- Strong growth mindset and desire to develop coaching skills
- Comfortable in a constantly changing startup environment
- Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month to Mento for 24+ months
- Remote; based in UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Germany
