  • Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community

🎯 Requirements

  • Director/VP+ level customer success leader with 20+ years in tech or adjacent fields
  • Experience coaching individuals; certification a plus but not required
  • Strong growth mindset and desire to develop coaching skills
  • Comfortable in a constantly changing startup environment
  • Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month to Mento for 24+ months
  • Remote; based in UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Germany
