  • Own enterprise relationships; manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and tie platform value to strategy.
  • Advise on Center of Excellence governance for scalable adoption.
  • Drive ROI and adoption; monitor usage and sponsorship; create success plans.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in Supply Chain Planning; partner with Sales.
  • Be voice of the customer; escalate issues; contribute to assets/case studies.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, presales, or consulting) with renewals/expansion.
  • Deep SCM expertise; EPM and analytics knowledge.
  • Hands-on SCM tool implementation: Anaplan, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Translate platform capabilities into business value.
  • Bachelor's degree; CA/MBA a plus.
