๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal.
  • Serve as strategic advisor and transformation partner to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) linking Anaplan capabilities to priorities.
  • Advise on Center of Excellence (CoE) governance to enable scalable adoption.
  • Drive value realization, adoption, and expansion across onboarding and implementation.
  • Identify platform expansion opportunities across FP&A and supply chain.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, presales, or consulting) with renewals/expansion experience.
  • Deep FP&A and/or Supply Chain planning subject matter expertise.
  • Hands-on FP&A/SC planning tool experience (Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC/SAC).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate platform capabilities into business value.
  • Bachelor's degree; CA/MBA a plus.
