📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize ROI on Anaplan.
  • Act as strategic advisor and transformation partner to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews, linking Anaplan capabilities to customer priorities.
  • Advise on establishing a Center of Excellence and governance for scale.
  • Drive ROI and adoption across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Develop customer success assets, playbooks, and references.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, presales, or management consulting).
  • Deep SME in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning with strong EPM/Analytics knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; consultative, value-oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree; CA/MBA a plus.
