  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and expand footprint.
  • Guide customers to secure strong adoption; align platform expansions to goals.
  • Lead regular customer check-ins and promote engagement via community, user groups, and events.

  • 5+ years in account management or consulting.
  • Experience in business planning, forecasting, and modeling is a plus.
  • Customer-first mentality with proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication; translate technical concepts to all stakeholders.
  • Excellent project/program management; multitask effectively.
  • Travel up to 25% regionally.
