- Primary customer contact; ensure adoption, value realization, and growth.
- Manage Enterprise portfolio (~$5M ARR); secure renewals and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales/PS/Partners to execute account strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and expand footprint.
- Guide customers to secure strong adoption; align platform expansions to goals.
- Lead regular customer check-ins and promote engagement via community, user groups, and events.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in account management or consulting.
- Experience in business planning, forecasting, and modeling is a plus.
- Customer-first mentality with proactive attitude.
- Strong communication; translate technical concepts to all stakeholders.
- Excellent project/program management; multitask effectively.
- Travel up to 25% regionally.
