- Familiar with Google Suite, Claude, ChatGPT, Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to use customer data to prioritize work.
- Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
- Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
- Product oriented with startup experience.
- Comfort using AI tools to boost productivity.
