  • Be the primary contact and advocate for your assigned book of business

  • 1-2 years in a customer facing role managing B2B SaaS relationships
  • Proven expertise negotiating win-win contract terms
  • Proven track record in expansion and sales-focused opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Adaptable to handle new projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication across video, phone, and email
