  • Partner with customers to turn planned outcomes into actionable objectives
  • Know GitLab platform and best practices to guide the customer
  • Understand the customer journey and guide future adoption
  • Act as GitLab liaison for questions/escalations with Support and PM
  • Own assigned customers with focus on adoption, retention and growth

🎯 Requirements

  • Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and pipeline
  • Understanding of CI, CD, DevSecOps
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar role
  • Experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes
  • Familiarity with customers of sizes relevant to the assigned segment
