  • Proven success influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Deep product or policy knowledge in FinTech, payments, or risk
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Track record of designing and scaling solutions across multiple business units
  • Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments
