  • Act as air traffic controller for the long-tail portfolio, balancing workloads and timely engagement.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Support, Solutions, Product).

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership.
  • Proven renewals and commercial workflows in a subscription model.
  • Strong analytical mindset; data storytelling to influence behavior.
  • Excellent organizational skills; juggling competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with leaders.
  • Familiarity with CS tools: Salesforce, Gong, dashboards.
  • Experience in SaaS/Martech/CMS or digital platforms is a plus.
