  • Build trust and provide day-to-day customer support
  • Help customers leverage Lightning Bolt Scheduling for outcomes
  • Develop product/workflow expertise in scheduling processes
  • Monitor utilization/adoption to identify risks and resolve issues
  • Lead process improvements that drive measurable value

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
  • 2+ years supporting SaaS products; healthcare software preferred
  • Experience with scheduling workflows is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to travel up to 25%
