  • Respond to members’ queries regarding products and services.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer services, ideally remote.
  • Fluent English; additional language (Mandarin or Japanese) a plus.
  • Fintech/banking industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRMs, Jira, Confluence and Slack.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency environment a big plus.
