Customer Success Account Manager, Europe

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 150+ DACH customers with $3M ARR.
• Identify and secure opportunities to grow engagement and transaction volume.
• Mitigate risk including renewals and ensuring customer retention.
• Provide regular reports and insights during success reviews.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our payment solutions to onboard customers and demonstrate product value.

🎯 Requirements

• Native German (or professional level) and fluent English.
• Dutch and/or French languages a plus.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with DACH customers.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
