  • Build ROI models ahead of renewals to justify spend with us
  • Lead adoption to drive self-service on PolyAI, Agent Studio; run 1-to-many workshops

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in Account Management owning renewals and expansions
  • Proven value-selling with champions and executives across business/technical leaders
  • Sales experience with call center operations background
  • AI experience in this space is a plus
  • Understand ROI models for cost savings, revenue, and CX improvements
  • Proven track record meeting retention targets and booking quota
