  • Act as the customer's technical advocate and extension of their team.
  • Build technical relationships to understand the customer's infra and plans.
  • Post-sales implementation of Fastly products and document configurations.
  • Investigate and recommend improvements to customers' Fastly deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new Fastly products that fit needs.
  • Partner internally to create customer strategies and support plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Post-Sales in Sales Engineering or related roles.
  • Hands-on role; willing to roll up sleeves to tackle issues.
  • Networking knowledge: BGP, internet routing, transit vs peering.
  • Experience with HTTP/S, TCP, TLS, DNS, HLS, DASH, and load balancers.
  • Linux experience and scripting with Python, JSON, Node.js.
  • Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP; ability to travel.
