🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in post-sales customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of OSI model and internet protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP).
  • Proficiency with proxies, security (firewalls, WAFs), and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and willingness to expand.
  • Fluent in English and French; third language (Spanish or Italian) preferred.
  • Project management, deadlines, and prioritization; strong troubleshooting mindset.
  • Knowledge of performance aspects (Speed, Latency, Caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3).
  • Nice-to-have: PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2 knowledge.
