  • Trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Lead technical deep-dives into Workers, Pages, R2, and D1; architect edge-first apps.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support.
  • Create and deliver technical content and workshops for customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years post-sales customer relationship mgmt in cloud/SaaS.
  • Hands-on web app development with modern JS frameworks (React/Vue/Node.js).
  • Strong knowledge of OSI layers, TLS/DNS/HTTP and networking basics.
  • Experience with edge and serverless tech; Cloudflare Workers preferred.
  • JavaScript or TypeScript proficiency; comfortable reading/writing code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-first mindset.
