Customer Service Representative (Part-time)

📋 Description

• Primary contact for medical practices and sales reps; ensure seamless CardioDiagnostics experience.
• Provide timely support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist healthcare providers with device hookup for CardioDiagnostics's cardiac monitoring solutions.
• Troubleshoot devices and mobile apps; guide functionality and connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate emerging problems or trends to the appropriate personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and devices.
• Healthcare/medical industry experience is a plus.
