• Handle high amounts of live chat and phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years customer facing experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Willing to work weekends and night shifts
• Strong IT usage and can handle somewhat technical queries
• Exceptional written communication and a good listener
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain is a plus
• Multilingual capability is a plus
