🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation
  • German and English; strong speaking and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Multichannel support experience (phone, email, chat, social)
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in office 2 days/week
  • Flexible to work 2 weekends a month and some public holidays
