- 1-4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation
- German and English; strong speaking and writing skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Multichannel support experience (phone, email, chat, social)
- Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in office 2 days/week
- Flexible to work 2 weekends a month and some public holidays
