Customer Service Representative - German and English

📋 Description

• Resolve customer queries across chat, email, phone, and social.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to reach solutions.
• Provide empathetic, clear communication to delight customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve CX.
• Hybrid role in Lisbon; 2 days per week in the office.
• Support German and English-speaking customers.

🎯 Requirements

• German and English language skills required.
• 1–4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels and Logistics valued.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office 2 days/week.
