📋 Description

  • Engage customers via chat, email, phone, and social media to resolve queries.
  • Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers for win–win solutions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate responses and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve the Customer Experience.
  • Help maintain a smooth, scalable CS process across channels.
  • Based in Lisbon; 2 days/week in the office; 40 hours per week.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
  • Professional French and English speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to switch quickly between channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Experience with Live Channels and/or Logistics is valued.
  • Hospitality, tourism, retail, or call-centre background is a plus.

🎁 Benefits

  • Annual Gross Base Salary €18,000–€23,000 depending on level and experience.
