🎯 Requirements
- 1–4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
- Professional French and English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to switch quickly between channels (phone, email, chat).
- Experience with Live Channels and/or Logistics is valued.
- Hospitality, tourism, retail, or call-centre background is a plus.

- Annual Gross Base Salary €18,000–€23,000 depending on level and experience.
