- 1+ years of customer-facing experience or as a customer service rep
- Strong IT proficiency to handle moderately technical queries
- Exceptional written communication and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-powered tools or chatbots
- Hands-on bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review preferred
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain is a plus
- Fluent in English and Estonian
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours, including nights
