🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
  • Professional Dutch and English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles (hospitality, tourism, etc.).
  • Ability to switch between phone and email quickly and collaborate with teams.
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon and work onsite 2 days/week; some weekends/holidays.
