π― Requirements
- 1-4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or related roles.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Switch between channels: phone, email, chat, social.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Live Channels and/or Logistics valued.
- Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in-office 2 days/week (40 h).
