🎯 Requirements

  • 1-4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Switch between channels: phone, email, chat, social.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Live Channels and/or Logistics valued.
  • Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in-office 2 days/week (40 h).
