๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience
- Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle moderately technical queries
- Excellent written communication and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-powered tools or chatbots
- Hands-on bot validation/testing or SOP/tool quality review is a plus
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a plus
- Fluent in English and Czech
- Willing to work weekends and irregular hours including night shifts
