- Support the Operations Manager with schedule confirmations, attendance, inventory, and cash reconciliation
- Assist instructors with classroom materials and technology support
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
- 1–2 years in customer-facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic CRM experience preferred
- Excellent customer service with a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
