📋 Description

  • Respond to calls, emails, and live chats with empathy and accuracy.
  • Advise customers on Minted products, promotions, orders, and custom design.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM per departmental policies.
  • Use support tools and the knowledge base to resolve inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience (premium brand preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail; organized; follow-through.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce is a plus.
