📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between patients and therapists to provide accessible care.
• Facilitate patient visits and appointment scheduling for therapists.
• Manage appointment scheduling tasks: data entry, calls, online requests.
• Provide five-star customer service with empathy and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
