📋 Description

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional, friendly support.

  • Maintain customer accounts in CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
  • Multi-channel support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to de-escalate.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
