- High School Diploma or GED.
- US work authorization; pass background check.
- Minimum 1 year customer service; airline experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license; 18+ years old.
- Read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment.
- Available for nights, weekends and holidays; training may be required.
- Visa sponsorship: No.
- Trainee status after offer until training completes.
