  • Provide email, chat, and SeatGeek Enterprise phone support, including weekends.
  • Use metrics and consumer insights to improve SeatGeek and measure performance.
  • Daily use of Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google tools, Github, Looker, Jira.
  • Go above and beyond for our customers.
  • Attend weekly 1-on-1 and group strategy meetings.
  • Advance to handle escalated contacts and CX improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Love live events and empathize with SeatGeek customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; customer service experience.
  • Data-minded; comfortable with numbers.
  • Strong communication; able to talk to anyone.
  • Passion for technology and customer experiences.
  • Stay calm and level-headed under pressure.
  • Reliable internet (min 35 Mbps; 50+ preferred).
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
