- Love live events and empathize with SeatGeek customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; customer service experience.
- Data-minded; comfortable with numbers.
- Strong communication; able to talk to anyone.
- Passion for technology and customer experiences.
- Stay calm and level-headed under pressure.
- Reliable internet (min 35 Mbps; 50+ preferred).
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
