🎯 Requirements

  • At least two years related experience – tech support/troubleshooting a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle high volume calls and emails daily.
  • Active listening skills; build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Team oriented and collaborative.
