  • Engage customers and support Operations when needed.

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
  • Zendesk experience preferred.
  • High Portuguese level (oral & written) and fluent in English.
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be decisive, reliable and detail-oriented.
