π― Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service
- Zendesk experience preferred
- Fluent German (oral & written) and Spanish or English
- Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Residency in Spain
