  • Customer Service by e‑mail, phone or social for incidents
  • Managing incoming calls and chats and customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up to resolve
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Schedule: 16:00–00:00 (5 days/week) with 30‑minute break

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Fluent German (oral & written) and Spanish or English
  • Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Residency in Spain
