📋 Description

• Resolve customer requests and questions to use resources efficiently in a high-paced environment.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Answer and direct calls on the multi-line phone system.
• Operate office equipment, including air-to-ground radios.
• Coordinate service orders and maintain accurate customer data.
• Assist customers with hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and local attractions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED.
