π Description
- Provide customer service to all customers on scheduled or charter services.
- Attend to customer inquiries promptly and complete transactions per policy.
- Enforce FAA and airport regulations; assist customers with special needs.
- Process tickets, manage baggage, and assign seats as needed.
- Meet arriving flights and handle baggage, reports, and follow-ups.
- Complete required reports and attend required training.

- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
- No visa sponsorship.
