  • Provide customer service to all customers on scheduled or charter services.
  • Attend to customer inquiries promptly and complete transactions per policy.
  • Enforce FAA and airport regulations; assist customers with special needs.
  • Process tickets, manage baggage, and assign seats as needed.
  • Meet arriving flights and handle baggage, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Complete required reports and attend required training.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
