Fluent in English (mandatory minimum B2)
Proficient in IT systems, including Windows
Strong written and verbal communication
Skilled in listening
Able to work under pressure
Knowledgeable of fashion/fashion brands
Able to exceed customers' expectations
Confident and articulate
Hardworking and passionate
