📋 Description

  • Welcoming guests, checking students in, and assisting with scheduling.
  • Answer in-person student inquiries about classes, testing, and site questions.
  • Answer virtual inquiries via chat or phone promptly.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to set up, break down, and move tables and chairs for events.
