π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales technical role (Renewals-focused SE, Solutions Consultant, or TAM)
- Sales acumen to work with sales and success teams to hit revenue goals
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC ecosystems (ServiceNow, Splunk, or similar tools)
- Product expert mindset; thrive as a deep SME on a complex platform
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Strong communicator translating complex tech to business value
