  • Drive activation during renewal/expansion with excellent customer experience

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales technical role (Renewals-focused SE, Solutions Consultant, or TAM)
  • Sales acumen to work with sales and success teams to hit revenue goals
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC ecosystems (ServiceNow, Splunk, or similar tools)
  • Product expert mindset; thrive as a deep SME on a complex platform
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs
  • Strong communicator translating complex tech to business value
