  • Drive activation during renewals/expansions for existing customers.
  • Support customers during trials/POCs of the platform.
  • Identify pain points during trials/POCs and align goals.
  • Be the technical point of contact for renewal/expansion queries.
  • Assist with security assessments, RFPs, and business cases.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve trial/POC experiences and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a post-sales technical, customer-facing role (renewals preferred).
  • Strong sales acumen; partner with sales and success to drive revenue.
  • Cybersecurity/GRC: deep understanding (GRC, ServiceNow, Splunk).
  • Product expert mindset; act as SME on a complex software platform.
