🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights or quantitative research
- Experience building/scaling early-stage research programs with limited infra
- Mastery of MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, pricing research methods
- Fluency with research and analytics tooling; proactive about gaps
- Proven ability to influence strategy in a matrixed organization
- Ability to coach non-researchers to apply methods independently
