🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in renewals, CS, or revenue roles (CSM/SDR/BDR/AM)
  • Proven ability to drive retention and predictable renewals
  • Comfortable with commercial conversations and negotiations
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
  • Salesforce and ChurnZero experience
