  • Lead and grow a team of Customer Reliability Engineers across hybrid, BYOC, and SaaS.
  • Own after-hours on-call rotation for Sev1 incidents with CSA back-up.
  • Run incident response and escalation for high-severity issues.
  • Manage day-to-day tickets for deployments, upgrades, and performance.
  • Triage deployment-related feature requests and bugs; route to Professional Services.
  • Lead BYOC deployments and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

  • Have 5–10+ years of experience leading support for developer-facing products.
  • Deeply familiar with deploying Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes across cloud providers.
  • Comfortable reviewing, debugging, and reasoning about backend services and deployments.
  • Own customer-impacting issues end-to-end with accountability and follow-through.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically in ambiguity or high-stakes situations.
  • Deeply curious about LLM use cases and leading teams building reliable AI support.
