Customer Project Specialist I

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, Sales, onboarding, and CSM to plan onboarding.
• Manage customer projects using tracking tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Support onboarding and project execution for M3 accounting customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to establish schedules and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• At least 2 years in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
