Customer Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs across enterprise clients.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other PM methods to plan and deliver.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to avoid roadblocks.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PM experience; 5–8 years total in enterprise software/tech.
• Able to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team.
• Familiarity with APIs and SDLC; PM tools (Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong PM experience ok without degree.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus.
