🎯 Requirements

1+ years in developer, customer engineering, or tech support
CS degree, bootcamp, or self-taught with real-world projects
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Solidity
Experience debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain tools
Excellent written and verbal communication in online communities
Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
Crypto/Web3 experience or related side project a plus
Founder experience is a plus
