  • Experience: 3+ years in CS, Tech Support, or Ops in e-commerce/SaaS/logistics.
  • Technical Skills: API integrations, EDI, ERP (NetSuite, SAP); Excel/SQL.
  • Industry Knowledge: Intl shipping, customs, last-mile networks.
  • Communication: English and Mandarin; explain tech to non-tech.
  • Mindset: Customer-first attitude in fast-paced startup.
